All personal information that you submit via our website contact forms is encrypted and sent to us via email. Our email is hosted by Microsoft within their European region data centres. Our website is hosted by WPEngine at a secure data centre in London, UK.
At BSSEC, we store the information received on our internal database (which is located on SharePoint hosted by Microsoft within their European region data centres) for as long as is necessary to carry out the provision of our services. Please contact us at any time to request the details of any personal details that we hold or to request deletion of this data.
We may collect and store supplementary account data (name, email, job title, company details, company VAT registration details) for the purposes of providing our services and may retain this information long-term for accounting and tax reasons.
Do we share your personal information?
Building Services Sustainability & Environmental Consultancy Ltd. will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Names and email addresses submitted in order to receive our email newsletters are passed directly to our email marketing system, which is managed by our UK based marketing partner who is GDPR compliant. The system is hosted by a 3rd party email marketing partner based in the US who complies with the US-EU agreement, Privacy Shield.
In all cases, your information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any other third party without your prior consent.
How do we use your personal data?
