We don’t just undertake new build projects, in fact we prefer to help reduce the carbon emissions of existing buildings. If we are to make a difference then we need to take on the vast carbon emitting estate which is the current UK building stock. We provide tailored site surveys of the current practices and set up of each business and identify opportunities to save carbon around each business. We present the business case for each opportunity to represent not just the carbon saving but also the financial benefits that can be gained from implementing our advice. We can also advise on obtaining funds to help pay for the capital costs.

We believe that the best way to lower a company's carbon emissions is by making them aware of the scale of it in the first place. We can provide a bespoke audit of all aspects of the business to produce a detailed report of the current energy consumption and associated carbon emissions. This audit can then be used to produce targets and performance indicators to reduce emissions in a controlled and manageable way.
